My group met with our set designer to talk about what we would need and what we can provide for the music video. From there, it seemed like we had come to an agreement on how the set should look, however we had to produce a clear prop list table to show clearly what needed and what we could provide. This is so my group and the set designer do not get confused about who needs to get what otherwise it will be inconvenient and could cause big problems on the day if one of us doesn't have the props. Over half term my group will spilt up the various items we need to get to share out the price and we will buy them. This is our prop list:
